This is a good fan for a system that has great wire management and a lot of extra room.

What i'm saying is the fan is quiet

However, I do not have enough space left on my Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI motherboard to add an aftermarket cooling fan for the processor because the bracket to the memory fan mounts too close to the processor.

This fan blowing down, most probably most of that air is being sucked into the cpu heat sink fan... lame

This shortcut Corsair product relative to other memory cooling fan products of the past, they more properly designed, having so many improper engineering issues (mechanical, thermal), most all of which unnecessary if not forced compromises (Chinese mindset with Taiwanese being birds of the same feather) and design short cuts that as a collection of design considerations 15 years ago, was not an engineering issue with Corsair and others manufactures and to which, unethically pushed more and more upon customers today

The other fans cooled well enough but were very noisy

Its okay if I really needed it, but I cant say ive seen anything wrong with it besides the arms being a tad flimsy (Not a fan of all plastic)

Well-made fan, works fine.

But it's a real nice fan if you need the cooling.

However my unit did not come with enough screws to attach the vertical clips to support the fan above the ram.
