It has a very quiet ring that will not get louder.

Love this beautiful old school wall phone, with its easy to hold receiver and actual bells that ring (with adjustable volume)

The phone is fine and the ring is delightful - however, the cord is short.

Feels like a phone, solid as a rock, nice old-fashioned ring (adjustable, but "soft" on my phone--which is OK with me.

Other than the soft ring tone, this seems to be a very good basic phone

IF it did ring it would either just make one small ding or a strange kind of jangle......not a full ring, maybe a half ring
