Cosco White Retro Counter Chair / Step Stool with Lift-up Seat

    • Also a good seat for the older but not too big grandchildren.
    • Luckily I haven't lost the screws, but I've not had to deal with that on a piece of furniture before--get them in there tight and inspect periodically.-the seat is crap.
    • Drag, flip up the seat, step
    • Seat is super comfy.
    • While I put this together the top seat broke
    • The only problem was I tried standing on the top seat to change a lightbulb on a 9 ft. ceiling, lost my balance and the stool slid out from under me
    • I suppose this will work but, due to its small size and flimsy seat, it sure isn't what I wanted.
    • It is just the right height for my 5'2" body and the seat is quite generous, as is mine.
    • The seat back is not strong enough for one to grab for balance
    • Just the right size for a good stool and the seat is great.
    • The seat is fine and I have no problem with
    • If I need to reach something in the top of the cabinets then it's as easy as flipping the seat up and safely reaching what I need!
    • Works as seat or step
    • The seat is already ripped and tears further each time she sits down.
    • Wish it came in colors like red, but I plan to recover the seat.
    • I bought it for my closet vanity area and it serves a perfect vanity seat with a step stool for reaching things on my higher walk in closet shelves.
    • This is a good step stool and seat but does not fold up for easy storage
    • It was what I wanted, it is well built, simple to use (just flip-up the seat to access the steps), and wide enough.
    • Seat is good for extended counter work too.
    • Has a nice padded seat that flips up out of the way for step up usage.
    • Much too low, useless as such, very uncomfortable most especially the back, small, narrow seat.
    • The stool is light-weight enough for her to move and provides a comfortable seat
    • The seat has zero cushion and when you stand on the top white seat you feel like you are going to break the ladder (we are only about 140 lb people)
    • Also works well as an expediant booster seat.
    • but it adds an important spare seat as I often entertain in the kitchen/dining area more than the living room
    • If I purchased another one, I would immediately rip off the seat and do it up nice.
    • Nice step stool or counter seat
    • The seat was somewhat awkward to put together, and I'm not sure if we tightened it correctly
    • I was worried they would get their fingers pinched - these seats are safe and strudy.
    • The seat, when raised to use as a step stool, falls down too easily.
    • You can feel the top seat flex when you step on it
    • The seating is actually not too bad, my behind can sit on it for the duration of a meal.
    • Therefore the seat not only swivels up and down like its suppose to it also moves side to side with about 3/4 of an inch move.
    • Don't try this at home kids.......that is standing on the top seat
    • The seat slides side to side, not very safe
    • Also works good as an extra seat at the table for the kids.
    • The seat flips to use it as a stepladder, and, when it's down, it provides a handy seat or a place to put things, like a basket of laundry.
    • it has a problem"there are two PIVOT SCREWS to secure CHAIR SEAT.
    • I would like it to be a few inches taller; a few inches wider; and have a sturdy enough seat to use as an upper step.
    • This is a sturdy and attractive stool, excellent for seating while working in the kitchen, as well as for getting to the out of reach cabinet shelves.
    • With the seat folded up, my 2 year old can sit on the top step a t the table.
