I bought these for teaching online school, and the microphone does not work whatsoever, when you connect the Bluetooth to the computer it makes us weird robot noise like it's not fully connected, and distorts voices

Other than that they are a nice sounding head phone, with good noise cancellation.

The product itself is a beautiful pink color and comes beautifully packaged, but on the side that is designated to go on the Right ear, whenever I walk, and just at a regular pace, the plastic makes a loud crackling noise.

The 3rd Gen E7's cost quite a bit more and have better Noise Cancellation but the bass response is not that good.

The built-in microphone was nearly inaudible by the receiving party and my children complained of intermittent buzzing noises throughout the Bluetooth session

The COWIN E7 Pro reliably blocks out work-related noise, though you might want to have both some soft music and the noise-cancelling feature on (depending on how loud your coworkers are being)
