As good a pair of headphones as I've had.

I called customer service and they said it was a bad pair

Though these headphones still work reasonably well, the claims made by the manufacturer are either very misleading or I received a defective pair

I was given a code for a free pair (The code discounted all but .90 cents), and the option to write a review

Sent a second pair free of charge and when those were also defective, issued a full refund and allowed me to keep the headphones received.

Although sound is still great the basss could be still be bumped up even more to make this an outstanding pair of headphones.

The Bluetooth function is easy to use with easy pairing with my iPhone

I have some reasonably expensive earbuds that cost 3X what these headphones cost , but there just isn't any comparison for me between even expensive earbuds and a decent pair of over the ear headphones, and I think this is a pretty decent headphone

The second pair have been working great

The seller reached out to me after I left my review, acknowledged that perhaps I received a defective pair, and made it right with a new pair to try.

I ended up breaking a pair of these which was completely my own fault, but COWIN reached out to me and under my warranty was able to provide me a replacement

I returned them and purchased a cheaper pair that did work.

An extremely attractive pair of high-quality headphones

I got a pair from my brother and when I tried them the noise cuts in and out if I shake my head don't know if I just got a bad pair or what

They do have some nice features, easy pairing, volume adjustment, fits well with glasses.

Second pair works much better

The range on these replacement headphones is shorter than the more expensive E7 Noise Cancelling headphones, but longer than the defective pair I had originally

So should you get a defective pair, I would suggest you return them and get another set, give them a try, if they are not right for you, send them back

I saw an older pair of AltecLansing at TJ max for $30 retail $50 with the same large ear opening almost as comfortable as the E7 , and only a 12 hour battery

I would say with a heavier bass this would be a much better pair of headphones.3

The second pair work perfectly.

This second pair doesn't fail to produce audio on playback like the first one did, but the connection quality is abysmal

I enjoy them so much that I bought another pair, in case myself or any of my three children accidentally break my first pair

So, after 3 months of buying and returning 10 headphones online and in stores and testing these for about 2 weeks now I can safely say I found the most amazing pair of wireless headphones around… the powered on wired mode maybe a deal killer for some of you
