Poor sound.
-
Gorgeous cello with a rich beautiful sound
-
After new strings and bow and rosin, the sound was pretty good for a beginner, but then at about 30 days, the tuning pegs refused to hold the tune
-
Horrible sound and very light
-
I started to play this cello, and it actually had a really nice sound
-
The bow lost a lot of hair immediately and the sound was awful even with the better rosin

Even a seasoned player would have a hard time getting a nice sound from this cello.

I love this cello, and for under $200 bucks, it’s an amazing price, the only thing wrong with it was, some very smell imperfections at the bottom of the nick, and a very smell chip on one side of the cello, but it was not from shipping, the rest of the Cello was beautifully finished, and has a nice sound, these are some what hand made in China after all

Only problem I have with it is the bridge moves a bit and makes so pretty bad sounds out of the lower strings (user error) and then the tuning pegs will come lose some times so I will hammer them in lightly for them to stay in place
-
He said the strings were really guitar strings, so they wouldn't have a great sound
-
I just think it gives you a nicer sound
