    Cuisinart 622-30G Chef's Classic Nonstick Hard-Anodized 12-Inch Skillet with Glass Cover, Black

    • I do own other utensils build using hard anodized material and have gad very different experience ( for good!)
    • The hard anodized surface is amazingly non-stick.
    • I bought this crepe pan thinking its hard anodized which is a joke as the layer has come out on 4 months
    • The nonstick surface is the best I've had - easy to clean as they come!
    • It is already scratched as if it was a much older pan -- one ready to be replaced
    • I use this pan often to make over easy eggs as well as for melting cheese and toasting.
    • We discarded it immediately after it started to flake as we did not want to take the risk of consuming any of those particles with our cooked food
