Great skillet in a hard-to-find size....with a super lid!

it's clear some folks don't know how to properly use and care for nonstick hard-anodized skillets

I've only had this skillet for a few weeks, but so far I love it!

Perfect skillet, large and great quality with just the right amount of depth

I used my new skillet for the first time tonight, and burned my hand while taking the lid off the skillet.

For a high-quality, high-priced Skillet like this, hard to believe that the label and the glue we're not chosen more carefully

Not as heavy duty as the All Clad, but works well and decent price.

I love Cuisinart products and typically they're value compared to "flashier" name brand cookware

I am pleased with this purchase, can't tell yet if it is scratch resistant more or less than any other we've purchased over the years, it is a nice product

I would not recommend this product to anyone who is looking for something durable

Disaster waiting to happen because the lid will slip off and break.

The lid gets extremely hot when you cover it the food you cook, even at low heat

The lid really doesn’t fit the pan

Replace your old less than awesome non-stick and be happy with cooking again.

It now heats evenly and the non-stick worked great with a test egg able to slide around by tipping the pan

Also, the non-stick surface scratches easily even with plastic and wood utensils.

I purchased the Chef's Classic set, but wanted a complimenting non-stick pan for making a larger meal.

Cuisinart is a fine brand and this pan is truly non-stick without the Teflon

perfect crepes - every time!

We use this all the time and it works wonderfully going from the stove top into the oven, which is exactly what I was looking for.

I've purchased the Cuisinart Advantage Nonstick 11-Piece Cookware Set here on Amazon a few times (highly recommended, punches well above its price point), the Cuisinart 722-30HNS 12" pan, Cuisinart K-cup brewer, along with 9 cup food

I have used this pan about a dozen times thus far, still operates as new

We use this pan a few times a week, mainly to do burgers and other meats

I may have still gone with it, except the handle was very uncomfortable and hurt my hand

Hand washing per instructions and it stinks, literally smell, up the high heavans

I think it's best to handwash this frying pan and not use the dishwasher

Instructions mentioned not to use any nonstick cooking sprays with these new non stick surfaces, as it will ruin the function of the factory coating

Neither will harm the function, but a new pan should look new and not need to be fixed this way.
