Cooking with it for a few weeks now, not seeing any scratching, it’s perfectly level, sturdy, even heating.

The pan has enough heft to HOLD some heat, but not so much that the heat is held too long and your item gets burned

It is non stick, heats well and evenly and the cover fits securely reducing cooking time and preventing my very sensitive smoke detectors from going off

The slight curved bottom is annoying and makes it hard to fry things well and does not distribute heat well.

Its solid with a good weight and heat distribution, however after just three uses, the coating started to scratch off in the center of the pan.

Pan worked great for about four - five times then noticed it rocking on my glass top stove I only turned heat to Med hi as hi heat is not good for any pan

My old skillet had a hot spot right in the middle and would scorch the food, but this pan has great heat distribution so the whole skillet comes to a boil at the same time

As such, it holds heat and distributes it a bit better than the other cheap ones, but, still, not nearly as good as a strong heavy steel or cast iron pan

I use this pan often to make over easy eggs as well as for melting cheese and toasting.

We discarded it immediately after it started to flake as we did not want to take the risk of consuming any of those particles with our cooked food
