Because the price was reasonable compared to other similar sauce pans, the Cuisinart 719-14 is a great deal.

but it did not include a 1 quart size sauce pan

The sauce pan works fine, does get "stain" after drying which shows up as circular discolorations, but the surface still remain smooth so not sure if it's just normal and due to the stuff we heat this up with?

Because this is a sauce pan, not a deep fryer, fish skillet, stock pot or Dutch oven, I use it to make sauces and it is excellent in that role

We have a set of Cuisinart Multi-Clad Pro pots and pans that are excellent, but the set does not, for some reason, include a 1-quart sauce pan, which is a really convenient size when cooking for two or doing a small side dish or veggies
