And now I have a small pan dedicated to quick fry tempura, and one dedicated to boiling water for tea and others rotating through sauces, green pea sautés and mushroom risottos

I have already had the pot tip over twice with scolding hot water burning me and spilling out all over the floor

When boiling the eggs, the hard water left a pretty solid white residue from the minerals and such in the water

But the true problem is that i have been using it for a year to boil water for tea and coffee exclusively
