The biggest complaint I have is with the water carafe and water tank

Also, the water tank opening is very narrow and it’s dificult to fill it with water from the problematic carafe

Also, when are these coffee makers going to start using a removable water tank

Very disappointed in this coffee maker .. water tank started leaking after about 6 mts after purchase

However... filling the water tank is very cumbersome, and when filling, the carafe leaks every time

How you may ask do Iknow this, I poured 4 US cups into my machine and it registered 6 cups on the water tank.
