Actually because of this lousy customer support I recommend everybody steer clear of this brand.

Only found out when I heard back from customer support a month later, which was too late to do a return.

I called OG&E to complain and they told our electricity was terrible (which everyone in town already knows) and they would not accept responsibility for my television issues.
