    • I called tech support and they said they would replace it.

    • Can't rate WiFi signal didn't use or Tech Support haven't called or contacted and Energy efficiency have no ideal
    • Called tech support again and they issued an RMA which I printed the slip and shipped back to them and they received it on 8/23/2019.
    • Also note tech support also says if the load is less then 40 watts or so the display will not show the actual load, only the battery displayAlso note although Cyber Power is listed on the WEB as made in Taiwan and as delivered shows made in China.
