CyberPower CP1500PFCLCD PFC Sinewave UPS System, 1500VA/900W, 10 Outlets, AVR, Mini-Tower

    • Probably due to enhanced power protection features while gambling future ones will have better QC and catch silly things like power-on button illumination not working.
    • Don't use any of the fancy software features, so cannot comment on their level of quality.
    • It has a lot of very nice features, not the least of which is the ability to turn off the power outage beeping from the outside of the case.
    • I get that it's a feature to save the UPS battery, but good grief, make a way to disable that feature
    • Much smaller than my previous UPS of similar power and the front panel display is a nice feature.
    • I bought this one to work with my Synology NAS (1618+), along with it's USB-based "SMART" features - and so far, so good!
    • Also the AVR is a nice feature, again, especially in the summer.
    • Very nice features
    • It is good-looking, quiet and has good features
    • Easy to read display with a lot of display choices and best of all it can be set to not turn off the display, a VERY annoying feature on the APC ups’s was that I could never get the display to stay on
    • I love the feature that lets me see how much juice I'm pulling at any given time too.
    • The most important feature of this UPS is the USB communication
    • Also, my unit does not advertize "line interactive" AVR, just AVR, so again I don't know if this is just the way they printed the instruction manual or if I got an older unit with older features because line interactive AVR is able to stabilize voltage without using the battery which is a great feature
    • Best feature is the sine wave implementation of the battery back-up as opposed to the approximation method (step response pseudo-sine) used in cheaper units.
    • In an era where it seems like most products have been made as cheaply as possible to maximize profit, CyberPower has clearly taken the high road, focusing on product quality and a rich set of useful features.
    • Others use a "modified" sinewave which could cause problems if used on sensitive equipment or if used over long periods of time.-LCD is a nice feature as you can see the watts being used as well as other information such as volts, etc
    • Got it on sale, so features-to-price ratio was awesome.
    • Also The LCD display is a great feature to gauge load and other info
    • I like the mute or silent feature of this CyberPower item because I've had surge protectors and battery backups of a different brand that didn't have the mute/silent
    • Coming from years of buying APC, I had my doubts, but this is an excellent product, with great features
    • Has many othe nice features!
    • It's unsupported but most features I found do work
    • Excellent features for the money.
    • This UPS is powerful and has many nice features as described by the seller
    • I like all the features on the front.
    • Good build quality, helpful display, rich feature set, easy setup and user-replaceable battery
    • One of the nice features I like is to view the wattage draw either on the unit or with the windows app in real time
    • I used to love CyberPower products, and although this one has the nicest features of any UPS I have owned - it needs some serious deodorant.
    • I also liked the surge suppressor/clean power feature
    • I thought the tilted display panel would be gimmicky but it turned out to be a legitimately useful feature
    • Real amazing UPS for "pro-users", so many features and functions, just missing a web interface for
    • Good company, good features, totally reliable.
    • This one has a REAL voltage regulator and pure sine wave feature
    • The wattage display is a nice feature as well
    • I did not buy this for the scheduling utility, and that feature is not at all important to me.
    • Unit has great features, is currently setup with a DVR unit and handles brown outs a short outages well.
    • I love the features that demonstrate power utilization and many other functions at any given time
    • Works as advertised, nice features, good to have the PFC sinewave for a modern power supply.
    • However, the voltage regulation and several protective features failed recently.
    • No complaints, best feature is being able to silence the alarm - permanently.
    • Excellent product with great features
    • Battery life is great, displays are great, and features are great!
    • This product has a nice feature set, looks good and does what it advertises
    • Easy to read display with a lot of display choices and best of all it can be set to not turn off the display, a VERY annoying feature on the APC ups’s was that I could never get the display to stay on
    • This particular series features “Sign Wave Power”, this technology is better than a simulated sign wave featured on other UPS as it creates a more consistent power stream for sensitive electronics
    • Nice features
    • Works great and offers pure sine wave backup and other features at a much lower price point than the comparable APC
    • Unobtrusive size, excellent features and easy setup.
    • I was either at work, or asleep when started).Another great feature about this UPS is its surge protector to protect all your hardware from well electrical surges
    • Nice having the USB power outlets on front, that is a very convenient feature.
    • In regards quality, Cyberpower products are better that crappy APC, but this Cyberpower model in particular is missing an important feature, which is to have some outlets, not battery backed up, that turn off when the device is turned off
    • Cheaper and more features for the money.
    • Have used CyberPower and APC over 10yrs, CyberPower seems to always have the right pricing with the right features.
    • This make and model offered significant features, being 1500VA and very nice voltage boost ability via an included autotransformer.
    • A nice feature is that you can hit the display button to see how many watts your PC is actually drawing.
    • It is quiet, reliable, has great features, and oh YES, the price is soooo right!!!
    • If so, this feature certainly works since the computer runs well until I turn it off.
    • Other than hopeless and helpless Customer Service, this unit with its pure sine wave feature has served me well.
    • The included software that can shut your PC down automatically just before the battery dies is a very nice feature
    • VERY poor feature here, just be prepared to squint and us a magnifier to even try and see the numbers
    • Great feature
    • If you can tolerate a little extra work, the Windows app is very solid and lets you access nice features, like automatically shutting down your computer if the battery level gets too low
    • (My wife loves that feature!)
    • Homemade PC with a 750 watt 80+Silver power supply, 2 HDD, 1 SSD, 16GB RAM, an i5-6600 processor, and an Nvidia GTX 950The pure sine wave feature was a deciding factor for me because my PSU has "Active PFC", which means it doesn't play nice with some of the simulated sine wave backups
    • Aside from all the great features mentioned on the home page , it gives me an est
    • Great unit, excellent features
    • It does what it is suppose to do: it is quiet, has great features and warranty, and yes, the price is right!!
    • The included software that can shut your PC down automatically just before the battery dies is a very nice feature
    • The UPS is beautiful looking, has a lot of cool features to look at the power draw, time remaining before the battery is dead (for when your power goes out) and feels well built.
    • The "Pure Sine Wave" feature makes this unit really stand out
    • It has a nice feature that allows you to inhibit the audible alerts when the power is out (those are annoying).
    • An undocumented "feature" of all CyberPower UPS units is that if the machine detects any fault in the battery charger, the entire unit goes nonfuctional.
    • Has a Linux daemon, with a well-featured CLI
    • I read the reviews and I like the features of this ups.
    • Rock solid, better features than APC (which I also own)
    • I love the features of this unit, it's size is not too large, it has a great number of outlets, and the led display is awesome
    • Must purchase add in card but nice feature option
    • Some mentioned the UPS needed to support features as "Online UPS" or "Active PFC".
    • Nifty feature.
    • It has one other peculiar "feature."
    • The display was also an important feature, as I wanted to be able to see projected runtimes based on load
    • This pure sinewave module has eliminated it entirely and is as good as when the power is on
    • Do not rely on this backups to protect ethernet as it failed in my case
    • We had a huge surge that burned out the APC I had and damaged the (5-yr-old) Cyberpower computer hooked to it -- I was able to pull of all my data (all backed up like crazy anyway) off -- but suffered through the horrid smell of electrical burning as I was doing it.
    • They're fully compatible over USB with Synology's UPS service, which can also then serve UPS states to other Synology servers as well as via NUT to Windows and Linux workstations and servers.
    • Works exactly as it should, has come in during blackouts, keeping my key equipment from crashing.
    • I hope the battery replacements I order someday real soon will serve me as well as
    • Arrive on time and work as should be( software sloppy )but unit work perfect
    • I have not had any odors or issues as I have seen others write about
    • but I'm not worried as I think this will work great for my home computer.
    • I love the user interface on the newly designed cyberpowers as they are easier to read with the upgraded displays and prevent you from accidentally powering everything off abruptly when accidentally tapping thew power button like they used to on the older models
    • Both work exactly as they are supposed too.
    • In testing, when putting it on battery power, the noisy-as-can-be fan comes on and will NOT shut off, even after an hour of being back on main power
    • Set up was easy and I've tested a couple times and it works as it should.
    • u will loose 2 plugs.the one the device uses and part of the plugs next to it for the block..
    • is last only couple month old and dead....call cyberpower they have 2 warranty department and if u get the right one u will have lady voice
