    • Amazon won't replace the defective unit because of "hazardous materials" or some such nonsense
    • Unit that I received is defective (doesn't charge properly and frequently goes into battery back-up mode with no loss of power) and, due to the hazardous materials classification, it cannot be returned to Amazon even though it was sold by Amazon
