I use this UPS to keep everything running during those blips and it works VERY well.

I ordered multiples of them!I needed a small, efficient UPS to handle a variety of security camera backups in the home between when our power fails, and when the generator kicks on

I bought this UPS to do one job and it utterly fails the most basic possible test of its primary purpose.

I didn't take into account my GPU wattage pull when it was in full-on gaming mode, so it overpowered the UPS

This UPS is not worth anyone considering if it can't handle a simple coffee maker.

This small device is the best UPS we have to keep us on-line when the lights flicker, the clocks go crazy and even when the power fails completely, And it takes up so little space

I highly recommend this UPS for laptop use, and very small PC use, but I use it for a CPAP machine.

Your desktop computer, screen and peripherals probably draw almost that much power combined when they're all in use, and the 350 volt-amps of output that this unit can supply will not run them very long, assuming the UPS doesn't just cut out as soon as the AC power fails

If the battery fully depletes during a power outage, the UPS will not come back online when power is restored

I have had this UPS since January 2013 and it failed in mid March.

When we returned we couldn't get it to work again - it will work as a power bar, but not UPS

This unit has 3 UPS protected plugs, and 3 surge protected plugs

A well designed UPS would have had no problem with this little blip

I would recommend it for anyone looking for a cheap and efficient UPS solution for a normal computer but be warned most high end gaming PC's with power sucking graphics cards will probably pull more than 255watts, meaning you will need a more expensive unit.

Unfortunately, I had no warning that the battery was going to fail, and when it did fail, the UPS would not turn on (power light on the power button would not illuminuate), and the battery-backup outlets did not work at all, even when the UPS was connected to AC

This UPS is just right for keeping my cable modem, wired/wireless network and VOIP phone working during a long power outage

I'm now 90% satisfied with my newly silent, warranty voided UPS

I also have a small desk lamp, monitor, and set of speakers plugged into it as well (only the laptop and lamp are on the backup, the other two are on the surge-only side).It's a great little UPS for an excellent price.

I noticed a number of people leaving negative reviews on this inexpensive UPS, saying that you cannot silence the alarm during a power failure.

Nice compact UPS, but be aware it only has 3 plugs for UPS backup and the other three are simply surge protection.

At this price, you can't find a decent UPS with that many power outlets.

Nice long cable and sufficient "UPS/serge" and "serge only" outlets for our "tech" cabinet.

So now I have a good Battery (will have to recycle) and a Bad UPS unit

The biggest drawback for this device is that there is no way to attach or hang this UPS.

Since my UPS was obviously useless at that point, I went and bought a new one.

I purchased a better UPS and will use this one for other electronics.

The main negative is that it is a 'dumb' UPS, meaning there is no way for a computer to know the power is out and shut down automatically

All in all, I'd consider this a very useful UPS, and once I have experienced a power outage and the unit performs its automatic shutdown routine flawlessly, I would certainly consider to increase the star count.

This review is for the CP350SLG, which is a good entry-level UPS, especially if you're using it to run a cable modem and switch/router for residential or small office use

This seems to be the least expensive managed UPS unit on the market.

This UPS works great, but the first time I had a power outage it was not able to power on my computer.
