However, after only about 4 or 5 uses the winder has broken (the screw that holds the peg winder loosens and spins out of the device)

while winding the tuning key the screw holding the winder together backed out & the winder fell apart to 2 pieces

I tightened the screw and it still works

The screws were loose and the handle wiggled and squeezed

The screw that holds the actual winder in place will probably come loose before you have finished restringing a single set so keep a screwdriver handy too.

winder fell off while in use.. screw holding it on backs out and it falls apart..

The screw gets loose as you're turning it and that causes the key holder portion to wobble.

The first time using it wouldn't cut the B string or high E string, very disappointing.

It runs the entire gambit of emotion where you are almost to that magical D flat (or likely E for some folks) only to have the string lose its tension and require even more tuning
