    • doesn't matter how the strings are if i have to buy 2 $12 packs just for a balanced tension set

    • The balanced tension D'addario's are the best set of strings I've had on my 04 American standard Strat in ten years.

    • So for that, I will probably continue getting the three pack of normal 11's until D'Addario puts out a three pack of these balanced tension ones
    • While it is not a baritone guitar infact I think it has a smaller scale, the tension is great at B standard (B/E/A/D/F#/B)

    • I like a lighter gauge string for bending, but the E and A on the strings I was using were too thin sounding.
