My Godin A6 Ultra has both electric and acoustic capabilities, but finding strings that can handle both is a bit tricky
-
it's a bit hard to change a single string (I don't do this often anyway
-
w plain 3rd.wound 3rd's r hard 2 bend 4 that blues bite
-
Sometimes they are a bit more expensive that Erine Ball but worth it.
-
Tension is a bit too high for my Strandberg boden os8
-
but I find the 10.5s a bit easier to work with for bends and stuff

-
n’t broke

My ESP came with a set of Cleartone 9/42's on it, but the high E was busted
-
I like a lighter gauge string for bending, but the E and A on the strings I was using were too thin sounding.
-
One high E string broke while putting it and two strings broke as soon as you do a bend
-
Low E-string broke before I even put any tension on it with the tuning key...first and last time I buy anything from D’Addario.
-
Especially the low E's thanks to my prints

The high E string broke in less than a
