Dlink's useless tech support finally decided that my router was defective and WANTED ME TO PAY TO SHIP THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT BACK TO THEM!!

Some tech support articles suggest to turn off smart connect... disabling one of the major functions of the router is not a fix!!
