I bought this amp as a cheap practice amp for my ukulele

For the size, it's a great little practice amp.

I have a few other practice amps and one nice tube amp; this is now my favorite practice amp because of how light it is and all the crunch I can achieve at lower volumes.

Sweet little practice amp - big on looks - OK sound (what did you expect in a 1-watt amp?).

The first one I had for about a year and used very lightly, but it suddenly stopped working as if the speaker was blown out

I only used for synth keyboard, not playing guitar so can't speak to that, but it can run on a 9V battery or typical stomp box A/C adapter, so handy there.
