This Dazzle did not work for me

So dont use this review for whether the Dazzle is good or not, only that Corel has no real human effort at tech support, just what feels like bots with auto-replies

cant even say whether the Dazzle is even any good (which it might be) because i wanted to watch tutorials before beginning

I have used Dazzle before and it worked well, but this time it is a bust.

I just received the replacement you sent me and having the same issue with serial number problem that DAZZLE

i guess that is why corel pinnacle name it dazzle, which i think means to dazzle the video by adding annoying and artificial enhancements to it.

Bought the dazzle, worked for 2 videos then I got a No input signal message

I couldn't make two ratings, one for Dazzle and one for the Pinnacle software, because if I could the Pinnacle would get 1 star; I have used Dazzle for more than 20 years and it never disappointed; My old analog tapes are easily and fast transformed to digital files, however if I tried the DVD version on the enclosed Pinnacle 14 software, the soundtrack is eliminated and after numerous echanges with Corel it got never resolved

I tried to get Tech support from Corel Dazzle and got nothing

Corel will not support my Dazzle product because when I called them for an update, they wanted me to buy their latest product and that they no longer supported my Dazzle

The dazzle is good.

Works as good as my old Dazzle, but this one interfaces properly with Windows 8.1...

Returned product as it didn’t work at all
