The computer worked for about five days, then it went haywire
Arrived quickly and product was in excellent shape and worked perfectly!
We needed up trying an internet extender thinking it was our Wi-Fi but every other tablet and laptop worked just fine in the same location but this computer would not
Item worked great for a day, then it didn’t work at all
You'll have a better chance of getting a decent used computer that works

The P.C. arrived packaged nicely (looking brand spanking new) and way sooner than expected so I proceeded to set it up and take it for a spin
Arrived in good time packaged very well with power cord and WiFi adapter
but the computer does work as it should i have had it now for almost a week and have been using it daily.
I will say the packaging could have been a little better for shipping purposes, but at least there was no damage during shipping.
Just beware of poor quality shipping packaging (basically just a flimsy box big enough to hold computer with just a few pieces of foam for cushion and not taped completely closed..

Windows 10 is all new to me, hard for me to adjust and learn
Decent speed on the internet and Windows 10 is a plus.
I don't like Windows 10 and seem to be having problems with the email app disappearing but the computer is good.
Oh by the way, Windows 10 isn't so bad, I am still having to download some of the programs that I had on my old p.c

To my surprise, it came with a keyboard and a mouse and a sort-of-useless 3 ft power cord.
Shipped fast, no issues at all, even had a keyboard and mouse(new in boxes) which was not mentioned.
but the computer does work as it should i have had it now for almost a week and have been using it daily.
