    • Returned it day I received Hard Drive didn't work
    • Storage is on the low side but you can add your own hard drive
    • He was very humorous and easy to talk to, and when he decided that the hard drive was "toast", he immediately sent me a new and better one.
    • The next day it crashed, it never turns on, probably the hard drive and just a piece of garbage now.

    • I didn't care about any of other stuff because I was just swapping towers out from when my other Dell hard drive
    • Quiet drive and fast
    • Also, it is only 160 GB Hard drive, but after WIN10 installation plus a few others I still had enough space leftover
    • He tried to walk me thru troubleshooting (no small task on his end to teach this technologically-stunted girl how to work on a hard drive problem!)

    • Checking the system tab revealed the specs are all as promised - except the hard drive I got is actually 256GB instead of 160GB
