Once we received an incorrect shipment of the E series with otherwise same specs but it was immediately apparent that their quality was far inferior when we plugged one in
-
great quality and price.
-
Good Price and quality.
-
good quality
-
It is hard to find good quality 1920x1200 monitors without spending a fortune and the price points on these monitors are within my budget
-
I bought this monitor as a 2nd monitor and I will have to admit the overall quality of the screen is excellent
-
Very nice quality monitor for the price.
-
Poor quality plastics and construction
-
The quality of the screen is very good.
-
Watching movies or typing a letter yields awesome quality.
-
stand is decent quality and rotating the monitor is easier than others I've had
-
These were a perfect fit for outstanding quality without spending the big bucks!..THUMBS UP!!!!!
-
Bought this as a gift for my husband about 8 months ago -- he loves the quality and versatility of this monitor
-
Very few downsides to these monitors excellent quality and I would purchase them again.
-
It also has an unbelievable quality guarantee from Dell.
-
Pros: colors look vibrant, stand is very robustCons: noneOther: can easily see the better picture quality on this monitor next to old one
-
The quality you're getting with the Ultrasharp along with the low price is unbeatable
-
I appreciate the superior image quality, color, screen size and stand adjustment range compared to my old 22" TN 1680x1050 monitor.
-
I work as a graphic designer and I need really good quality
-
I spent the afternoon looking at photos, admiring the quality of the color reproduction
-
Excellent picture quality, simplified wall mounting, looks great.
-
Great quality!!!
-
It has no dead pixels, very good image quality and acceptable
-
Excellent image quality and nice business looking aesthetics.
-
Amazing, good quality for work and play
-
Superb quality
-
Nothing fancy, just solid construction, adjustable bases, and good quality picture
-
Other than that, this monitor has decent not excellent picture quality.
-
Amazing quality really good picture
-
The U2412M is more stable, but you need both hands to lift it or adjust height (speaking of which, the height is very easy to instantly adjust). The only downside comment I can muster is that there is no HDMI connection, so DVI-D is the only way to get the excellent quality video this monitor was built to deliver.
-
Since the beginning I have been unable to get picture perfect screen -- I've calibrated it with the Spyder device and it did not improve the picture quality
-
Sleek look, great video quality
-
If you are looking for a good quality 24" monitor, this is my recommendation!
-
I love the size and quality of it
-
While I can't say for sure that your Dell will be just as good (quality control being what it is these days), I can say it's worth it if you do get a good one
-
Outstanding picture quality!!
-
Solid build quality.
-
The Dell has slightly better picture quality and the Asus has better everything else.
-
Excellent Quality, bright
-
Even prior to anything resembling calibration I could see I was not one of the unfortunate to receive a poor quality version.
-
The build quality seems up to Dell's high standards, and I love the stand, with it's easy and yet very secure adjustments
-
Overall very good price for the great quality it came with.
-
I found this out the hard way, by first purchasing and returning a highly reviewed Viewsonic TN monitor after finding the graphic quality to be severity lacking, even to my non-professional eyes
-
The display is very good quality
-
, I like the picture quality and I like the screen size
-
I also like the build quality and look of the monitor
-
PROS:-overall quality;-resolution-true colors: ideal for photo editing;-additional USB ports;-big but good looking
-
I don't buy Dell computers, but I've been using their monitors for over fifteen years and will continue to do so if the quality and price remain as agreeable.
-
Both work great with excellent color and image quality, the monitor wakes fast from sleep and goes to sleep fast when device is off compared to my previous panel
-
It came down to this or an Asus 144hz gaming monitor, and i chose this because I wanted the superior picture quality.
-
The UltraSharp products have always been a reliable and high quality monitors.
-
Not only is it great quality and crisp clear text (I do mostly reading, writing, database work and programming
-
Great viewing angles and overall the monitor is very well made and high quality
-
I use much cheaper but much better quality LG monitors at work.
-
Conclusion: out of the better-packaged box, the Asus PA248Q offers a higher quality display in terms of colors and a more uniform IPS glow, at the expense of more input lag than the Dell
-
and I've set the brightness to 35, contrast to 75, custom color profile R/G/B at 98/90/92 and voila - outstanding picture quality
-
This is the best quality monitor you can get at this price.
-
Great quality, long life.
-
This lets one easily view documents, have more vertical view clearance, etc.+ Great image quality
-
The stand is sturdy and quality appears very good.
-
Great quality, rotates well.
-
If you are looking for a high quality, sharp, durable, and easily adjustable, monitor, then this is it.
-
Excellent quality and crisp clarity define this IPS display from DELL
-
Excellent, quality product
-
No dead pixels and excellent picture quality and detail
-
This is a major con, but i can look past it since the quality of the monitor is amazing
-
I was blowned away by the crisp quality of the color when playing BF3 and Starcraft 2
-
A very good quality monitor for a reasonable price.
-
It is a great picture quality.
-
I haven't seen any ghosting or streaking or even any burn in or anything like that and the build quality of these displays is just great.
-
No HDMI ( This monitor does not have an HDMI connection, so if HDMI is a must for you this may be a problem)Final thoughts:This monitor is good for someone that wants a monitor to game and regular computer use with great colors and quality
-
It's definitely an excellent choice if you're looking for a good quality, relatively cheap display.
-
Wow -- this monitor has excellent image quality
-
Excellent text quality and color, love the 16:10 aspect ratio.
-
The overall quality of this monitor is quite good
-
works great, good picture quality.
-
The anti-glare hard coating is typical of what you would find on most anti-glare monitors and does what it's supposed to do without degrading the image quality.
-
In addition to this, the quality of the screen becomes blurrier and a little unstable
-
In one line: this monitor is of bad quality and Dell costumer and technical service is even worse
-
This monitor wasn't too expensive but is of good quality
-
Really good quality, and very nice for playing games:)
-
Crystal clear, high quality monitor.
-
Great quality, great picture, great resolution for writing code or general use.
-
The blacks and whites will impress anyone who's used to a normal monitor, and probably won't disappoint anyone who's used to a good IPS.Stand quality is good, much better than a cheap monitor
-
For work, I need monitors that are easy on the eyes and have great consistency and quality to the picture
-
Very few monitors have built in speakers that could use the HDMI sound, and those that do are usually poor quality
-
I think a good monitor is a necessity and this one is both good quality and inexpensive
-
The build quality is great, with a sturdy stand that swivels and tilts and rotates and has height adjustment.
-
The matte screen also has very nice quality; I personally have not had any issues with screen-door effects, which I have noticed on some other matte screens
-
good quality, sharp resolution
-
Great quality.
-
Excellent image quality.
-
Great build quality
-
This screen delivers good quality for the price
-
The quality of the display is great.
-
I guess a monitor with built-in speakers would be OK too, but often the sound quality is pretty weak.
-
The sound bar speaker you can buy works well and is very slick with these monitors, sound quality is good enough if you are trying to keep the desktop clean.
-
Have recommended a few of these now, and they are very solid and high-quality monitors
-
Returning them and getting the correct U replacements was straightforward, although cumbersome (this was an order of 14 monitors, so could have been worse).
-
Especially plain white surfaces, like web pages, would shimmer a
-
The anti-glare surface is like the other Dell AG screens I've seen - and to my eyes, works as it should - I don't have to dim the lights to see what I want to see.
-
However, the picture is really not as sharp as I would think "Ultra Sharp" indicates, although I suppose you get what you pay for
-
It's not quite as sharp as I had hoped for (noticeable with smaller fonts) but good value considering the reasonable price.
-
I've had several LCD monitors in the past at home as well as at work
-
Not as accurate as an EIZO as it's been compared to, but very close and a much better value for most applications in a design, retouching, or prepress environment
-
Also excellent for gaming as well as for productivity purposes just overall great monitor.
-
Mine isn't as bad as
-
I've owned several Dell UltraSharp displays and found them to be nearly as good as my Apple Cinema Displays, if not just as good
-
Rather than price, I was more bothered with second cons as I needed a single computer in home as well as in school with all required softwares for my academic work which I might need to access anytime
-
I t was fine
