Anything less than WQHD is just too 'big' - there's not enough resolution to really do any multitasking or display much on the screen.
-
the resolution on this monitor is poor at best
-
I am using a 2012 Mac Mini with this monitor and the it only supports 1440p resolution through its thunderbolt port so the HDMI cable didn't give me the resolution that I expected from the monitor
-
The resolution is much clearer and much better than on the monitor I had been using.
-
My primary use is DAWs, and this monitor gives me the resolution and real estate needed to lay everything out in front of me beautifully.
-
BUT, my MacBook Pro was an earlier model and it didn't support 4K resolutions over the thunderbolt port and HDMI
-
Color is great, nice high resolution
-
The resolution and color are better than that of more expensive monitors in the 24-25" range.
-
High resolution, runs well, works with PC and Mac
-
That's why 4K is so great for TV - it's exactly 4x the resolution of 1080p, perfect for movies.
-
Beautiful resolution
-
Great native resolution
-
* Sharp display* Great resolution.
-
I don't need the super duper resolution but did need the thunderbolt 2 interface for my studio setup where it sits as a second monitor for mixing tracks and playback signal processing.
-
1440 is the best resolution to get.
-
While you can switch to a logical resolution of WQHD on a 4K display, the result will be a bit blurry, since you end up with the 'half pixel' problem - the 4k resolution cannot be evenly divided into the WQHD resolution.
-
I had been at 1080p with a lower priced monitor, but the higher resolution, and the much sharper display is amazing.
-
The screen size is perfect and the resolution makes it all the better
-
It works well and it's nice having both monitors now support 2K resolution
-
4k UHD (3840x2160) is too high of a resolution to use at native resolution, so you'll end up needing to use the logical resolution of FHD ("retina mode").
-
I like having the resolution, but I kind of wish it the pixels were a bit larger.
-
The resolution is perfect for windows to handle without scaling
-
It boosted the resolution of my non-retina 2012 MacBook pro, whose native screen is very noticeably pixelated
-
I like the size, and the resolution
-
They filled the screen with beautiful color and excellent resolution.
-
I have a video card that supports the resolution for this
-
Perfect size and resolution to pair with the iMac
-
Micro bevel design, crisp picture and colors, highly supportive and adjustable stand, Vesa mounting capabilities and UHD 2560X1440 dynamic resolution
-
Good resolution.
-
Too much mouse lag, super high resolution gave me migraine
-
I used to have a refurb Apple 27" Thunderbolt Display, and while the font clarity was good until it broke a few days later, that same resolution on a 25" monitor is noticeably better.
-
I bought this monitor for video editing and the 1440p resolution should be ideal for that purpose
-
The image and color reproduction are very pleasing and the native resolution is perfect for this size, I really enjoy the functional stand
-
The resolution is great and the picture is very crisp.
-
This monitor is absolutely amazing, great color and resolution
-
Nice high resolution.
-
Too much mouse lag, super high resolution gave me migraine

I'm not going to get all technical with this review, but I well say that I LOVE this monitor!
