If you don't have a video card with DP port, you may have to buy a converter that may cost you $50;The minimum version of DV port it supports is 1.2.You may got a bad DP cable which happened to me

I ended up purchasing a cheap DisplayPort cable that worked worlds better.

The panel on the back that protects the cables is a bit hard to put into place, or open.

I do wish that the multiple ports on the back of the monitor were better positioned as they are facing down as opposed to facing out and can be a bit of a pain to get the cables inserted as opposed to ports that face the back.

However, after I accidentally broke the cable and had to buy a new one I realized the included cable was the issue as the new cable functions perfectly

after reading a lot of reviews I ended up buying an LG monitor (34UC80-B) that has the same panel as the Dell new model but cheaper

Other than that, I see some tearing issues that either A) could be the video card... although the GTX 980 shouldn't really have those issues or B
