Productivity-wise is excellent, the extra-space is very useful and the resolution makes the text very sharp

The monitor's resolution is great ( should be for 4K monitor and for the money) , but I advise/warning designers to stay away from the curved screen monitor and to buy standard flat screen monitor

Color repro in Photoshop is excellent, it's sharp and bright with a great viewing angle, and the resolution is wonderful

I gave two stars only because of great resolution/colors, size and monitor appearance

Also, the resolution makes working with certain programs really easy, as you can spread a window out over the equivalent of 3 monitors, or run 3 windows side by side

While gaming I am either using a windowed mode in the center of the screen or if the game supports the resolution I am focused on the center of the screen

I also play flight simulators and 21:9 aspect is good for eye candy, but not for high g maneuvers where you would like more vertical resolution

i noticed none of my games have the aspect ratio 21:9 in graphic settings, but the native resolution is available and supported 3440*1440p

: I forgot one thing about the game support for 3440X1440, COD11 is originally NOT support this resolution, instead, it will show up a wierd 21:7 ratio, just as usual sadly

The Macbook Air has no problems pushing this resolution

I'd love for Dell to be proactive in helping users who spent almost $800 on their monitor to get some satisfactory resolution to their issues.

The only difference would be the newer version the 3517, which supports the 38xx x 16xx resolution.

Resolution good for HD

The awesome resolution allowed me to easily see much more content than I could with my previous monitor.

Nothing beats spending hours on google hunting for a wallpaper that doesn't look like pixelated garbage because no one makes wallpapers sharp enough to satisfy the monster 3440x1440 resolution

Cons:*The resolution is far inferior to 5k models...and seems to me to be less than many 4k displays I have seen, including the Thunderbolt.

I was so wrong, the 4k monitor was oK, great resolution, but the icons are so small, you need a 40" 4k monitor to make it worthwhile.

Amazing monitor, better than two 24"s and don't have to deal with the Matrox dual monitor hardware anymore for my laptop.
