Bad customer service @ de longhi, expensive parts and ZERO quality

There is no clarity on how long I’ll be without my machine while they repair itIn the day and age of Amazon, if your $250 product falls apart for no good reason, asking the customer to spend their time and money to ship it back to you for repair probably isn’t the way to go (at least if you want to avoid reviews like this one)

Their are so many great products to choose from but GREAT customer service is unusual

However, clogged filter, weak pump, very little or no crema (despite following all instructions), poor customer service put this device in disadvantage to other brands

My advice, buy this machine used from an angry customer and save up for a real espresso machine

Their customer service is extremely helpful; they want happy customers.

I spoke with friendly customer service representatives wholed me through 2 video chats where they recognized the issue with mymachine and requested I return it for repairs (at my cost)

Managed to return the item through the Awesome Amazon Customer Service

It is not worth the hassle or the bad customer service.

TERRIBLE, RUDE customer service from Delonghi and had to make several calls to get any help until finally a supervisor had to step in

This was not the case with De Longhi - awful customer service, lack of effort, poor communication, lack of follow-through and altogether bad experience.

So, after previously owning...like decades back...a very basic, impossible-to-use, cheap-o cappuccino maker, I hesitated purchasing another.

The EC680M vibrates enough that the glass espresso cup being filled moves!
