    • Compact design, high-quality assemblies, extensive use of metal parts where appropriate
    • I liked the compact design
    • Worked with DeLonghi customer support, who tried to be helpful, but the product is simply too badly designed/executed to be saved
    • I also like the compact size and overall design
    • The small size and elegant design are perfect.
    • I really hope it work out, I like the design And taste when it works well

    • an attractive design that fits my counter space well
    • Love the sleek design
    • A well made small compact design that takes up very little counter space
    • We have very minimal counter space as we live in a smaller condo, so this compacted design is perfect for us
    • Good product, great service from seller, a few notes for De'Longhi for improving the design of the product.
    • I also like the slim design.
    • However, the plastic scoop if oval shaped (like an overgrown gel capsule), and the design makes it impossible to scoop the ground beans into the filter cup without spilling many of them all over the counter.
    • Phew.————————-I just opened package, love the design..and taste was not too bad
    • Love the sleek design, makes a good cup of espresso
    • Good design, terrible technology
    • First of all, the design and color are very sylish which fits my modern design kitchen
    • The narrow design was great and it brewed well, but two years?!
    • Compact, narrow design is great for space saving
    • I like the design
    • Compact and beautifully designed for small spaces
    • The coffee inserts are kind of funny design, the metal screen is permanently inside the outside shell, and I don't know if they can be modified for non-pressurized espresso like the EC155 could, so I'll be looking for that next.
    • The design is super cool.
    • Design-wise, the machine looks good in the kitchen
    • Its awesome and love the slim modern design
    • This is easier to run, faster to make an espresso, easier to clean, easier to put water in and is a much nicer design.
    • This model seems to have better design that seems to last longer
    • Design features I like
    • and I simply loved the design
    • It's strange that an otherwise outstanding design has this central flaw.
    • Very fast, Powerful steam, Very high quality, Sufficient foam, Nice design, Prestigious steel body
    • Stylish design, powerful pump
    • for something that costed me $180 used, and supposed to be $230 or so new, it's really a terribly sad design flaw
    • It seems like they learned from their horrible design flaws and have improved the portafilter in the newer models
    • There are many videos on YouTube showing how creative people have spent hours in their shops modifying these pieces of the machine and have improved the design and performance
    • It's strange that an otherwise outstanding design has this central flaw.
    • Great coffee, great froth, great features and a great design
    • The design is certainly superior to many brands on the market but the functionality isn't quite worthy of the heightened price
    • I am so disappointed with this espresso machine, which is sad because I really love the design, and the price
    • Very poor design that I see many others have same problem with
    • not sure if it is bad design or bad build quality, power button stuck within a month of use, (a lots of) water leaks from the bottom year and a half in.
    • But it It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them Dominick G
