As with most products, the vast majority of the reviews posted here are posted by the company who makes this unbelievable piece of trash.

There is one missing piece of information and that is when you are steaming milk, the 'steam' button flashes..... this was not described and at first, I thought it was a failure of the machine, but apparently, once you push the 'steam button' and it flashes, then goes SOLID, now you are READY to steam milk (and after opening the valve first to release air,, then closing again), you are now ready to steam your milk.

It was scratched and missing pieces.

When I got mine from Amazon, the first thing I did was to remove the weird inner plastic piece from the filter holder and plug the screw holder with a small bolt

Delonghi fixed the issue with the coffee holder falling out of the Kmix handle by using very taut pieces of wire
