The steam wand worked, but you had to listen to a horrible and loud vibration the whole time you used it and the machine, then it would keep flashing saying the heating element was getting too hot

It wasn't that the vibration was intolerable, I just happen to be intolerant of vibrations!Concerning reviews that stated the Delonghi company as difficult to deal with, I've had nothing but fair and timely experiences.

The motor in it sounds like something is wrong internal- loud vibration occurs when it attempts to brew but nothing comes out
