As far as the HEOS1, well it sounds very tinny with pretty good bass

Good bass and tone.

Good range and good bass on both units

But we may like more bass than others.

Honestly the app is a complete afterthought and nothing ever really works as you intended

Software app is absolutely terrible and extremely restrictive, no Apple Music support as of Nov 2016
