The Tough case system is waterproof and air tight and designed so that if your boxes are exposed to weather that they will protect the tools and items inside the boxes from exposure

It is huge and will fit his Dewalt drill set as well as multiple other items

Cheaper and flimsier than I expected, especially the clear plastic small item sorter at the top

The top holds small items that I don't need to be under lock and key

The lid does appear to seal these sections when closed, though I wouldn't recommend filling them with loose items because of the weak latch mechanism mentioned above
