It's pretty messy going on, but it flows into cracks and gaps and creates an excellent waterproof seal.

Somewhat thin, so may not do a perfect sealing job if there are leaking gaps that must be filled.

Just have lots of rags for protecting and cleaning up as your using it and then know it will flow so you don't want to have something under the hole as you finish as it will drip through the hole and down on to whatever is under the hole.
