Perhaps I'm just not a professional and don't understand the proper use of a "lap sealant" (even though I watched the Dicor video on how to apply)

Nice used on sun roof

After using dremel tool to remove old material, area was cleaned and allowed to dry.

I have found that on clean up use wd-40 or something similar.

By far the best roof goop I have used

Just have lots of rags for protecting and cleaning up as your using it and then know it will flow so you don't want to have something under the hole as you finish as it will drip through the hole and down on to whatever is under the hole.

This is the best sealant I have used.

Good stuff, have used in the past, works as stated on roofs.

I really recommend using this to seal around vents or anything else you have on the roof of your RV.

If you need ANYTHING sealed like factory work..this is it..used in caulking gun..available in other forms..finished product when dried it verrrrrrrry durable!!
