These are only about as good as a $20 pair of headphones.

Its made of plastic entirely but if you're looking for complete isolation with true sound, these are a great pair to give you the sound you need when background levels are too high.

I was trying to find the perfect pair of headphones to "drown out" the annoying cackling and yacking of those that sit around me at work.

I have purchased and used almost every available pair of isolation headphones on the market, e.g., Firth, Metrophone, EX 29, Milian, a few others, etc

It's still a decent pair of headphones, maybe not for drumming.

I would stay away from these, as it's really easy to find much nicer professional headphones with longer warranties that aren't constructed poorly starting a moderately higher price than what these cost
