The light is great - much more useful while watching with the lights dim (movies, bedtime etc.)

I love the remote as the keys light with each entry making it a snap to change programs in the dark.

The lighted remote has obvious advantages.

Still can’t use the remote in the dark as intended as only one button is backlight and it’s not enough light to be able to guage where your key buttons are on the remote.
