    • BAD/ horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE -DJI is just a money making business

    • In summary: Love the product; not very helpful customer service
    • This is TERRIBLE customer service response for an expensive product

    • The only complaint I have is with the company because their customer service is horrible
    • This has been the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with, for a piece of electronics.
    • So the problem is I can choose to fly my drone where the battery temperature reaches above 40*C almost immediately and risk having it "catch on fire or exploding" or I can choose not to fly it for several months out of the year

    • Also, it's pretty fast!I, also, recommend purchasing an additional battery or two for a full afternoon's worth of flying!
