    DJI Phantom 3 Advanced Quadcopter Drone with 2.7K HD Video Camera

    • I had attempted 5 times to email them wanting an explanation of why the crash was pilot error and no response.
    • I made contact with DJI last week who review the repair order and advised me it was pilot error that caused the crash and extensive damage to my Phantom 3.
    • They are telling me that the craft was damaged by "pilot error" when in fact it stopped working after THEIR software update
    • Almost allo of the crashes are pilot error not equipment error.
    • This is the second mid-flight, non pilot error malfunction I have experienced with a DJI product in the last 2 months.
    • I asked "pilot error" please explain what I did wrong and basically I was told that pay more attention to the battery and return before it automatically returns.
    • I purchased the P-3+ four months ago and really liked it
    • I like this drone, good for close video clips and pics haven't used it in a few months would like something with more range
    • Also, it's pretty fast!I, also, recommend purchasing an additional battery or two for a full afternoon's worth of flying!
