I was able to confirm that the problem was with the Donner's AC adapter, since I got no noise when I used the Pigtonix 18V adapter to power the boost pedal and the Donner to power the rest of my pedals

The Donner DP-2 has been very impressive to me in the early going, and with one small tweak (discussed below and by other reviewers), it should be exactly what I need.

I initially Had a problem with this power supply but Donner customer service stepped in and resolved the issue quickly.
