Playing on nightmare was enjoyable, but once I was on normal the combat became dull as it required little effort
-
O, and the visceral feel of combat conveyed extremely well
-
I liked the combat in DA2 and like the default combat in this game; however; you can stop play at the beginning of combat and choose which party member will attack each enemy somewhat like DA1.
-
The combat TO ME is boring, just holding R2 and clicking square, o, x. has nothing to it
-
(The combat is pretty good so far though; I'm playing a human archer, and really enjoying allocating my skill points and using special abilities
-
the game has a way of making every choice seem like the wrong choice at times though.the combat would have been more satisfying with a dodge button and less cheese options
-
Overall good game, but the combat gets boring and is too shallow for me.
-
Even when I played with other party members it would become hard to keep up with fast moving enemies and hectic combat becomes a mashed together pack of colors and wings
-
But I didn't like the combat, nor the loot system, or the exploration, or the story
-
DA2 was awful, and I feel like this game kinda makes up for it, at least in terms of vast, beautiful scenery and intense combat
-
Combat is pretty fun.
-
Combat is fun, though there are no healing spells in the game, which is my main complaint
-
: Story missions take a back seat to side quests, most side quests are fetch or gather quests, many maps are hard to navigate or devoid of life, combat is a little shallow and requires little strategy, many glitches and AI issuesBioware has a knack for creating D&D style games that are memorable years down the road
-
Though it's imperfect, it's still an amazing game with a good story, good romance, and good combat
-
The combat is better than in Skyrim, and the Character Creation is much bigger
-
You basically stop combat to issue a more tactical command in an attempt at a more coordinated fight
-
I don't understand why anyone thinks this is a good game.the combat system on
-
If you want a combat system that rewards you for skill then look somewhere else
-
The blend of the tactical feel of DA:O and the frenetic, arcady feel of DA:2 makes the meat of this game, the combat, very enjoyable.
-
Combat is clunky
-
This was clunky and cumbersome and made for not very enjoyable combat
-
Fun combat mechanics, though not heavily deep
-
The graphics are beautiful on PS4, the music is fantastic, the combat is really fun and the world is huge!
-
DA2 was awful, and I feel like this game kinda makes up for it, at least in terms of vast, beautiful scenery and intense combat
-
This balanced out the crappy combat
-
Even when I played with other party members it would become hard to keep up with fast moving enemies and hectic combat becomes a mashed together pack of colors and wings
-
Still haven't fixed the awkward combat and the graphics don't live up to next-gen quality.
-
I enjoyed the combat immensely and really enjoyed all the side stories
-
The combat is like an active turn based game, with the option to pause and analyze the situation
-
The combat is engaging, fluent, and rich with all sorts of abilities that can be obtained through leveling up
-
What I look for in an rpg is fun combat, cool enemies, and a decent story
-
Main game: very good on graphic, dialogues, game controls, combat responsiveness, and overall plot and storyline
-
However, the combat and crafting mechanics were enjoyable and kept me going for 50 hours.
-
The combat was allright, mostly simplistic, which is fine, Skyrim's combat wasn't great, by any standards, and I enjoyed that game a lot
-
In Skyrim, the combat was clunky and far from feeling satisfying, but there was so much to explore
-
A little buggy, and the combat is a bit lackluster, but I love this game.
-
The combat was great, much better than previous games.
-
The combat in this game is absolute garbage
-
All that being said, don't get me wrong, the main game is very good, it has some good varied environments, good characters, a decent main story, solid combat system.
-
Awesome game, in depth story with great combat mechanics!
-
The combat is fun, the missions are involved, the story is good and enthralling.
-
The combat is fun to me, and I highly recommend this game since this is to me one of the greatest games I have ever played in my life.
-
Customization options are endless, characters are bursting with depth, dialogue is engrossing, graphics are breathtaking (minus a few bugs and glitches), and the combat is not only fun but rewarding
-
A little buggy, and the combat is a bit lackluster, but I love this game.
-
These two character types are usually far away from the face to face combat and easy to keep up with on screen while playing
-
Good story but combat was so bad I could not finish it
-
Stealth is useless outside combat
-
Tons o fun
-
I haven't even killed a
-
n’t want to spoil myself.
