• Reviews around enemy (1.80 of 5)

Dragon Age Inquisition - Standard Edition - PlayStation 4

    • Imagine if skyrim had way less loot, wimpy enemies, no caves or hideouts, no one to talk to in villages or other cities, and the only quests are for the main plot
    • Kill the enemies before they kill you.
    • I liked the combat in DA2 and like the default combat in this game; however; you can stop play at the beginning of combat and choose which party member will attack each enemy somewhat like DA1.
    • Maybe I've lost my touch with video games but don't care for being able to kill enemies with relative ease and then run 20
    • Using this power and influence, you can forge alliances across the lands of Ferelden and the never-before-seen Orlais, intimidate your enemies, and even cast judgement on their fates
    • The enemies are varied, yet repetitive.
    • You have no idea why you can't evade the enemy
    • Even when I played with other party members it would become hard to keep up with fast moving enemies and hectic combat becomes a mashed together pack of colors and wings
    • Mages, heal, cast magic barriers to protect you, and deal elemental damage from a distance, freeze enemies to control the battle, or unleash area of affect damage spells
    • I.e tank taunts enemy that attacks healer or rogue only attacks weak enemies or tank taunts all elite enemies?
    • Fighters, who can taunt enemies and deal a great deal of damage and wound enemies to weaken them and reduce their movement and attacks.
    • What I look for in an rpg is fun combat, cool enemies, and a decent story
    • I liked the combat in DA2 and like the default combat in this game; however; you can stop play at the beginning of combat and choose which party member will attack each enemy somewhat like DA1.
    • You can set attacks and actions as "favorites" but it is nowhere near as expansive as being able to tell your mage "when I'm at 20% health, heal me" or telling your tank "Attack the enemy with the highest health".
