I have been with them from beginning, I'm going back to version 11, and until I hear or see differently, I will stick with it, and hopefully find out that somebody created a better product, and most happily never give this lowly company with their bad attitude my money ever again

Their customer service, if you can call it that, is hard to reach in my experience and the people I've talked to act like they worked at Microsoft before -- meaning they have an offensively arrogant attitude and don't like answering questions and helping customers get the software to work

And after installation, on the call with that arrogant-attitude tech, I found out 13 "Premium" is not compatible with either Conexant sound cards or Realtek preinstalled microphones

I have patiently called and recalled customer service, who have responded with remarkable incompetence (for instance, telling me to buy an external hard drive and transferring unrelated files to it to "free up memory") and passive-aggressive attitude

Again a very pleasant and helpful attitude, but at times difficult to understand due to international phone connection and accent.

God help you if you ever actually call them and deal with their revolting repulsive disgusting attitudes
