With a major cleanup organized by someone within the software team who wasn't complacent but instead was paying attention to repeated user reports, this program could someday be just as great as Nuance says it is

This is the WORST voice recognition program on the market, because it does not understand any American English, although I have been told the Spanish version works better.

Program is terrible with Windows 10 and not compatible with newest Word progs.

The more you use the program the better it gets because it learns to recognize your voice and the patterns of your speech

This program crashes out more than any program I have ever had, regardless of the computer, and regardless of the Windows operating system from XP to Windows 7 to Windows 10.

Anyone who is willing to spend some time training this program should be very happy

Program is pretty good though.

I think that the program is worth having, but I did not expect such a frustrating long and drawn out experience just to get it to run and print on my system!I will update with comments on usage after I have had a chance to really train the program and see if I can get it to work better for me than it did for my daughter.

It just might be, many 4 stars and the 5 stars people are new users:Not many satisfied users said they upgraded from D S 11 or 12, so of primary importance is whether or not Dragon 13 is faster and more accurate than Dragon 11 and 12.Now my question is, if I pay the aggravation-price required for Dragon 13 to work, is 13 much faster and more accurate than D S 12.5, as well as, faster and more accurate than my 11.5

I also created several profiles it for outside (winds, aircraft passing) use, as well as for indoors, and this seemed to work well.
