    Dragon NaturallySpeaking Premium 13

    • On one of my systems, I used to get a buffer full error after dictating about three pages (~650-750 words), but the error did not arise this time
    • enough time that you'll have a hard time opening up a A-Z claim, as that shipping time frame must pass first.
    • If you’re an experienced user of Dragon NaturallySpeaking in an earlier version you’re in for a productivity boost that rivals the first time you dictated a document rather than typing it
    • They need to spend time correcting bugs for one version, and then resume developing the engine after they fix the ridiculous glitches.
    • If you use Dragon NaturallySpeaking on a network device, I know from experience that unless you have a group policy that frees up certain capabilities on your PC, you will have a very hard time using Dragon
    • My daughter has dyslexia and as a result has a hard time with writing papers.
    • Don't waste your time and money.
    • Complete waste of money and my time
    • Crashes all the time
    • They ignored every time I explained my computer was able to detect them and I successfully used them and this software with them.
    • I had a very difficult time getting it to load on my desktop
    • I wasted valuable time trying to install on my computer
    • I wasted valuable time trying to install on my computer
    • Invariably the time will come when DNS13 will hang up, refuse to turn off, freeze (especially in Word, alas), and send you crazy messages
    • I tried to write the same document three times and not only does DNS crash, but it kills MS Word
    • I was up early 01/13/2017 and tried to contact Nuance, no luck it's as time wasting as the installation
    • So much time wasted running around... this software was meant to save time!
    • Saves a lot of time eliminating typing errors.
    • This “deal” that I’m being encouraged to grab given its limited time offer, really feels like the old "bait and switch," with the consumer given little more than a "Hobson's Choice
    • Just want my refund and get out of this mess - already wasted too much time for something that is supposed to make my life easier!!
    • some difficulties setting it up each time to use, does not recognize alot of names (ie)Claude
    • Time to train it to recognize me...... again, no issues
    • Sometimes I cannot believe how wrong it hears the words that I am saying, and going back to revise everything is incredibly time-consuming
    • so the child isn't so discouraged all the time
    • The technology is excellent, but their customer support sucks, big time
    • Great time saver
    • I called tech support twice and each time the changes they recommended resulted in minimal improvement
    • enough time that you'll have a hard time opening up a A-Z claim, as that shipping time frame must pass first.
    • Do no get involved with this company unless you are prepared to spend $2000+ on multiple computers and headsets, and enjoy spending your time listening to a ten-second loop of smooth jazz repeatedly for hold time exceeded 45 minutes, followed by the smug incompetence of the worst customer service that there ever was
    • It takes more time to correct the multitude of error the software generates than it does just to type
    • I did have an absolutely horrible time using version 12 and I’m glad to say that it’s gone
    • The program hangs every time I try
    • I will go back when time allows to improve the training, but not today.
    • I think someone at Nuance should go to jail and do time for advertising their product as compatible with Windows 10
    • This was time consuming, frustrating, & inefficient
    • True to my suspicion, the program did not install any easier this time than it did before .
    • A Nuance-approved microphone is NOT included with this purchase."Also, be aware that to get set up and running "smoothly" with an "optimized" errors-experience requires significant time and work by the designated user
    • You pretty much have to wing it and, surprisingly, this is successful about half the time
    • In short, the more time you put into training this to recognize your speech, the better it will work for you
    • I spend as much time correcting as I do writing - an example just now in a document I am trying to write: I said "sin" and I got "100".
    • Please trust me when I say you will waste so much more time fixing errors and you will save by not typing
    • The installation caused my computer to freeze 4 times, and after 6 hours of waiting for the installation to complete I had to call it a day.
    • By the time you go through all of those steps any productivity gain you might've received from dictating versus just typing it out is blown out of the water
    • If you have a human transcriptionist, that is even better, and do not be duped into giving up your human transcriptionist for Dragon, which is a common theme in many organizations today... downsizing human professional transcriptionists who have years of experience and bringing in a finicky time-wasting robotic assistant, such as the Dragon software system.
    • Every time I launch software, it gives an error regarding "elevation" of software
    • This has dramatically improved the time it takes me to write an article.
    • I would have preferred to use my laptop's built-in microphone, but it had a hard time picking up my voice
    • Maybe I haven't given it enough time to "learn" me, but that is half the battle
    • More wasting time complaining t o the uncaring ear, oh well, this began again at five in the morning:To create this remarkable program required an internal culture with extreme dedication to perfecting the basic engine
