    Dragon's Crown - Playstation 3

    • it a fun game , Golden axe liked game with cram of dragons dogma mosters.
    • I could describe Dragon's Crown as a mixture of the games GOLDEN AXE & DIABLO
    • The comparisons to Golden Axe are very apt, but thankfully there are lots of upgrades for each character to add variety to the gameplay.
    • Fans of classic side scrollers like golden axe will be so pleased.
    • weapons,,,I'd rather play golden axe on sega
    • This game is clearly a kickback to those old sidescrollers (remember Golden Axe?), but at the same time it infuses RPG elements and humorous bonuses to the gamer who likes to explore
    • you won't regret it!This game is a sort of throw back to Golden Axe, but the style and artwork make you forget that it IS a little repetative, and make you want to "play one more round".
    • All in all I'd say it's a worthwhile game to experience if you like fantasy tropes, enjoy the artwork, and like beat-em-up style games like Golden Axe, but it fails to ever really elevate the genre with it's gameplay and is more of a fun detour.
    • my friends and I were unapologetic quarter-poppers and played Golden Axe, Double Dragon, and pretty much any other 2-D Hack'n'Slash'emup game you could imagine
    • For those of you older gamers who grew up in video arcades playing games like Golden Axe, Dungeons & Dragons: Tower of Doom, and even games like X-Men, TMNT
    • Like Golden Axe, this game might seem like a mindless, button mashing brawler, but that's not true- for those who wish to develop their technique, this is a game that has oodles of depth and begs to be mastered by the devoted player
    • If you are a fan of old school games like golden axe or just simply a double dragon enthusiast and wondered how those games could be any better, this is definately the game for you!
    • It's like a mix of Golden Axe and Diablo 2 (the TRUE Diablo).
    • the game is fun to play and brings you back to the old school hack and slash days of the genesis and arcade games like golden Axe, is great multiplayer for playing with your friends but does not really keep your attention after you beat the dragon.
    • It's like Golden Axe, but with infinitely better graphics, sound, and most importantly: depth
    • Dragon's Crown is a combination of the arcade brawlers of yore like Shadow over Mystara and Golden Axe and the fantasy worlds found in the likes of Dungeons and Dragons
    • only frustration I get is when I accidentally hit the circle button and she hurls her axe across the screen like a moron
    • First off I like to say that I'm in love with old school games and this game pays homage to games like Golden Axe and Capcom's Arcade D&D games
    • When I was young, I used to play beat-em-ups like Golden Axe,Knights of the Round/King of Dragons, and the Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara games
    • Reminds the old days when I was playing games like Golden Axe, Final Fight, Dinosaurs and Cadillac, etc
    • Sure there are great side-scrollers on Xbox Live Arcade and Playstation Network (Castle Crashers, Scott Pilgrim vs the World, Phantom Breaker) but this game gives you a closer feel towards a modern Golden Axe
    • Growing up in the age of the Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo, I loved games like Golden Axe, King Of Dragons, Knights Of The Round, and Legend.
    • For those who who remember Golden Axe, but want something with some more depth to it.
    • If you reminiscence about those old-school side-scrollers like Golden Axe, TMNT, Streets of Rage, Double Dragon
    • If your a RPG fan and Golden Axe fan, who appreciates beautiful artwork
    • It kind of reminds of Golden Axe by SEGA
    • Enjoy games like a Castle Crashers, Golden Axe, Side-scroller beat em' ups and can admire a fantastic art designs
    • It reminds me of golden axe, and dungeons and dragons
    • As an old school player, I dropped quarters into Golden Axe, D&D: Shadows to Mystara, and Gauntlet in my youth
    • It's takes me back to the Golden Axe Arcade days and is a refreshing departure from just another FPS.
    • I spent countless hours playing Golden Axe on my Sega Genesis when I was a kid in the 90s
    • If you enjoyed Golden Axe, X-Men, The Simpsons, TMNT 2 and other games in those veins, give Dragon's Crown a shot
    • Like Golden Axe, this game is
    • I get the feeling that this game was created by Golden Axe fanboys, almost as a joke- until someone realized that they could make money off of it by putting in a ton of repetitive side quests
    • Final Fight, Knights of the Round, The Punisher, The Simpsons, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, X-Men, Golden Axe, Double Dragon, and of course, Dungeons & Dragons: Shadow over Mystara
    • I get the feeling that this game was created by Golden Axe fanboys, almost as a joke- until someone realized that they could make money off of it by putting in a ton of repetitive side quests
    • Control is a bit stiff, you can't walk diagonally, which is a pain ughhhh, you won't feel your character move heavily in older game (similar game like old era bareknuckle, golden axe, turtle) each dungeon feels like a chore and claustrophobic
    • Original in its nostalgia, meaning it is like playing an updated, modern version of the classic arcade game "Golden Axe".
    • Separating itself from the much older Golden Axe, your characters level in this game, they develop skills just like in any modern RPG, they acquire loot, and the techniques with which you combat the enemies continue to evolve as you become more experienced with how to play
