    Dragon's Crown - Playstation 3

    • Dragon's Crown really feels like the next step forward in side scrolling beat 'em ups like The Punisher, the Capcom Dungeons and Dragons-games, Knights of the Round, Castle Crashers and so on
    • Are you a fan of those old side scrolling beat-em-ups like Final Fight, Bad Dudes, Double Dragon, and so forth?
    • Dragon's Crown is incredibly attractive and I often stopped to stare at the beautiful surroundings
    • my friends and I were unapologetic quarter-poppers and played Golden Axe, Double Dragon, and pretty much any other 2-D Hack'n'Slash'emup game you could imagine
    • If you liked 80/90s arcade beat 'em ups (henceforth "BEM"), especially Capcom's D&D-based BEMs, you'll love Dragon's Crown because it is a love letter to the genre in general and specifically to the D&D games from the 90s
    • This is published by Atlas, who is known for publishing some difficult games and Dragon's Crown does not disappoint, some of the bosses at the end of some dungeons are very hard to defeat, even with a fully maximized potential party
    • Dragon's Crown is a real gem and should be on every PS3 owner's shopping list.
    • Overall, Dragon's Crown is a true beauty
    • while they hamstrung me a bit on higher difficulties, I had saved enough SP to alter my playstyle for the two bosses for which button mashing didn't work (the dragon on Infernal difficulty, and the Demon Lord). The gameplay is standard side-scrolling beat-em-up nonsense, but here is where the problems begin
    • Final Fight, Knights of the Round, The Punisher, The Simpsons, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, X-Men, Golden Axe, Double Dragon, and of course, Dungeons & Dragons: Shadow over Mystara
    • The dragon is the best by far obviously, and just watching him move is creepy and well delivered
    • Oh I wanted to love you Dragon's Crown.
    • Dragon's Crown's co-op system works brilliantly, even if its execution is a bit sloppy
    • Before I ever even ripped the cellophane wrap off of the package, I knew I was going to love Dragon's Crown
    • Dragon's Crown is a fun, unique twist on the genre with a surprising amount of depth.
    • Save the Kingdom and defeat the dragon
    • I knew I was going to enjoy Dragon's Crown, but I've been genuinely surprised
