The controls take some getting used to, but it has an excellent story, which is well narrated, and the characters have some surprising depth once you get into the game a bit.

For 1 player...Awesome art, graphics, story is decent, skills are really interesting and make for tons of replay, cooking game is hilariously fun

Being reminded of my table top RPG days was powerfully nostalgic for me, and it really made me love the story in this game

The music was great too, and the story, while could be seen as weak if it were any other game, was actually quite fleshed out for a beat'em up game

Locations open as you progress the story, and additional tasks are doled out at the Adventure's Guild, where you can learn skills (class specific and common) and accept quests
